Half Court House

The Half Court House is a monumental achievement, balancing a larger footprint without compromising natural surroundings in the village of Kingsburg. The design of the structure is a courtyard house, or ‘L’ shaped, creating a central yard often seen in British country homes. The Half Court house is Abbott Brown Architect’s interpretation of this timeless design with all the high-efficiency features and modern comforts you’d come to expect from our builds.

Some truly unique features that marry past and present include a suspended bridge to utilize a windowless loft space above the great room as a home theatre, and a stone veneer wall flowing between the exterior of the home into the entryway to emulate a stone bank barn foundation.
